Argentina is an amazing place with incredible food. As a tourist, I had the opportunity to try all sorts of local dishes that I wouldn’t find anywhere else in the world.

One of my favorites was asado – barbecued beef and other meats cooked over a wood-fired grill. The smoky flavor was out of this world and it was served with chorizo sausage, morcilla (blood sausage) and provoleta (grilled cheese).
