Cahal Pech Archaeological Site in Belize – Cahal Pech Archaeological Site is known for its lush jungles, crystal clear waters and Mayan ruins.

Cahal Pech is an ancient Maya site located in the Cayo District of Belize near San Ignacio Town. It was first settled around 1000 BC, making it one of the oldest sites in the country and offers a fascinating insight into Ancient Maya life. The site features two plazas surrounded by over thirty structures with some reaching up to 20 meters high.
