Cambodia is a beautiful country with an amazing culinary culture. From street food to sit-down restaurants, there’s something for everyone in Cambodia.
One of the most popular dishes I tried was fish amok – a steamed fish dish made from freshwater fish and coconut milk. It had some spice and sweetness, but it wasn’t too heavy, making it perfect for any time of day or night. The flavors blended together perfectly and created a unique flavor that I haven’t found anywhere else in the world.
