Micronesia is a beautiful place filled with amazing food. As a tourist visiting the area, I was excited to try some of the local delicacies.

The first thing I tried was called Palusami—it’s made from young taro leaves that are wrapped in coconut cream and then steamed until they’re tender. The flavor is incredible!
