Stories and Reviews from Our Team/Clients in  Mogadishu, Somalia

Somalia is an amazing country that I recently had the chance to visit. One of the highlights was definitely trying some of their local food!

The first thing I tried was a dish called sambusa. It’s basically like a triangle-shaped pastry filled with ground beef, onions and spices – it’s absolutely delicious! The flavor is so unique and complex that you can’t help but feel satisfied after eating just one. Plus, it has such deep cultural significance for the Somali people; traditionally, sambusas are served during special occasions as part of festive meals.
