The Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain – is a large recreational park that attracts visitors from all around the world. It’s located in the capital of Port of Spain on the northwest coast of Trinidad and offers plenty to do, see and explore.

This sprawling green space is home to countless species of birds, reptiles and mammals, as well as many monuments and historical sites. The center of attraction here is the enormous Savannah Racetrack where horse racing takes place throughout most weekends during dry season (January-May). The Nature Centre is an excellent destination for birdwatchers, as there are over 180 species of birds living within its borders.
