Uzbekistan is a country full of vibrant and delicious flavors. As I wander the streets of Tashkent, I can smell spices that fill my nose with delight – cumin, coriander, turmeric and more. Everywhere I look there are stands selling freshly made plov (rice pilaf) or samsa (meat-filled pastry).
