India is a land of vibrant cultures, languages and cuisines. I’ve been fortunate enough to explore some of the most incredible places in India over the past few weeks, but no journey has been more memorable than my culinary tour through Delhi.

I started my day off with an early morning breakfast at Old Delhi’s Paranthe Wali Gali. This tiny street lined with stalls selling freshly-fried paranthas (a type of deep fried bread) was bustling with locals and tourists alike! Each stall had its own unique stuffing combinations that ranged from plain potato or paneer to exotic sweet
