Fort Charlotte is a beautiful landmark that has plenty to offer. It is perched atop a hill overlooking the city of Kingstown and its harbor, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Located on the beautiful island of St Vincent, it stands at an imposing 4,048 feet above sea level and is one of the most active volcanoes in the Caribbean. The best time to visit La Soufriere Volcano is during the dry season between December and May as this offers more pleasant weather conditions for exploring its barren landscape.
