Stories and Reviews from Our Team/Clients in Venezuela

Venezuela is one of my favorite places to visit for its wonderful food. From the traditional Arepas, which are corn flour flatbreads filled with cheese or meat, to the delicious Pabellón Criollo, a national dish made from rice, shredded beef and black beans served over fried plantains. I love exploring different flavors each time I go there.

One of my favorite dishes is the Patacones con Hogao, which are savory green plantain disks that have been fried in oil before being mashed up into discs again and then topped off with a spicy tomato-onion
