Stories and Reviews from Our Team/Clients in Vietnam

Vietnam is a beautiful place, and the food here is incredible. As I explore this gorgeous country, I am constantly amazed by the different flavors and textures of the dishes.

One dish that stands out to me is called bún bò Huế. This traditional Vietnamese noodle soup is made with beef broth and flavored with lemongrass, onions and shrimp paste. The noodles are thick rice vermicelli noodles and they are cooked in the broth along with pork slices, beef shank pieces, slivers of fresh ginger root, herbs like basil or cilantro
