In the winter months, there’s a distinct chill that descends upon Nigeria during the night. Yet even though it gets cold, you still feel comfortable in layers of clothing because of the dry climate that allows for plenty of sunshine throughout the day. 1. How hot does it get in Nigeria during the summer months? – Nigeria is definitely a hot place to be! The weather here is so sunny and humid, it’s like standing in front of an open oven. I’m sweating all the time and my skin feels sticky from the heat. But at night it cools down quite a bit, which makes for great sleeping conditions!

Overall, it’s a great climate for exploring all of Nigeria has to offer!
