Stories and Reviews from Our Team/Clients in  Bridgetown, Barbados

Barbados is a Caribbean paradise that is full of delicious and unique foods. As a tourist visiting the island, I had to try as many dishes as possible!

One of my favorite meals was flying fish with cou-cou. Flying fish is one of Barbados’ most popular dishes, and it’s made by lightly battering fresh local flying fish before frying it up in oil until golden brown. The result was an incredibly crispy texture on the outside, while still maintaining its flaky interior. It was served with a side of cou-cou which is cornmeal cooked in water with okra
