Nepal is known for its delicious and flavorful cuisine, but nothing could prepare me for the experience I had when I visited. As soon as I arrived in Kathmandu, my senses were overwhelmed by the smell of spices emanating from street vendors and restaurants alike.

The first dish that caught my eye was momos – steamed dumplings filled with vegetables or meat. The outside of these savory treats were lightly crisp while the inside was moist and juicy. There was a hint of spice to them that made each bite even more tantalizing than the last!
