Stories and Reviews from Our Team/Clients in China

China is a country that is rich in culture and its food reflects this. I recently had the opportunity to visit China and try some of its unique cuisine. One dish I tried was Peking Duck, which has been around since the imperial era. It is made from whole duck that’s seasoned with spices like star anise and cinnamon, then roasted in a wood-fired oven until it’s crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. The duck is served with scallions, cucumbers, sweet bean sauce and pancakes so you can wrap everything up together for a great flavor combination!
