Kiribati is an incredible and remote destination that I was lucky enough to visit. The weather in this part of the world is unlike anything else I have ever experienced – it’s hot, humid and incredibly sunny!
The sun shines brightly from morning until night, with temperatures reaching up to 35 degrees Celsius during the day. At night, when the sun sets around 8 pm, you can feel a cool breeze coming off the ocean which helps reduce some of the humidity. It’s such a great feeling after spending all day sweating in the heat!

The sun is shining most days with light breezes coming in off the ocean. It’s so lovely to be able to enjoy being outdoors without any rain or extreme temperatures. The evenings are cool and comfortable, making it a great time of day for taking walks on the beach or exploring the local area.

Visiting Kiribati is an adventure! The weather here is incredible – it’s hot and humid during the day, but a cool breeze comes in at night to help keep me cool. I’m so glad I brought my sunscreen as the sun can be quite intense! I love spending time on the beach, soaking up some of that sunshine while listening to the waves crash against the shore. With its beautiful beaches and tropical climate, there’s no place like Kiribati!
