Rwanda is my new favorite place to explore. I love the culture, people and most of all the food! All over Rwanda you can find local dishes that are cooked with fresh ingredients and have amazing flavors.

One dish I really enjoyed was Isombe. It’s made from cassava leaves which are boiled down until they become soft.
